Get a number

Give Zinley a phone number when other people need to call your representative or when Zinley should place calls for you.

Claim a line

1. Open Configure → Your Zinley → Profile.
2. Under Phone, choose Get a number.
3. Search by country, area code, or digits.
4. Select a result and review the price before confirming.

US and Canada are currently available. Toll-free numbers are not offered. If you need another country, use Request a country; it records demand but does not reserve a number.

Price and payment

Phone numbers renew monthly at the price shown in the picker. Your first number is free for its first 30 days. A valid payment method is still required, and additional lines begin billing when claimed.

If checkout is required, Zinley opens a hosted payment page and provisions the line after payment succeeds.

Calls use your shared credits. Current call duration, concurrency, and active-line limits appear in the live plan comparison under Billing; see Plan limits.

If the number is no longer available

Numbers are first-come, first-served. If another person claims the same number first, choose another result. If payment completed but provisioning lost that race, Zinley refunds the charge automatically.

After claiming, use Manage lines to name, pause, or choose the primary line, and Voice & call behavior to control how Zinley answers.
