What is Zinley?

Zinley is an AI agent that works for you. It lives in the cloud and stays on 24/7 — with its own email address and its own phone number, a memory of the people and topics in your life, and the ability to act directly on the computers you connect to it.

The Zinley Home screen, showing your agent's name, who it calls you, and the setup checklist.
Home — your agent, your plan, and everything Zinley is getting ready to handle.

Not a chat window — an agent

Most AI tools wait for you to open a tab. Zinley doesn't. It runs on our servers around the clock, which means your email keeps getting answered, your phone keeps getting answered, and your scheduled work keeps running even with every one of your devices switched off.

Four things make that possible.

It has its own email address

Your agent gets an address of its own — yourname@me.zinley.com. Hand it out, CC it on a thread, or forward something to it. Zinley reads the whole conversation, replies when it can, and brings you in when a decision is yours to make. Strangers get a polite bounce; the people you trust get the full agent.

Your agent's email address

It has its own phone number

Claim a real phone line and give that out instead of your personal number. Zinley answers in the voice you picked, screens who's calling, takes messages, transfers to you when it should, and sends you a summary afterwards. You can also ask it to place calls on your behalf.

It remembers the people and topics in your life

Every call, email, and chat teaches Zinley a little more. That memory lands in two places: People — one profile per human, with facts, open threads, and who owes whom what — and Topics — one file per matter you're pursuing, holding the threads, timeline, and findings together. Each morning it hands you a Daily Brief: what needs your decision, what it already handled, what's on your plate, and what's coming.

It can act on your devices

Install the desktop app on a machine and it registers itself as a connected device. From then on Zinley can work on that computer — read and write files, run commands, drive a browser, use your apps. It also has a cloud computer of its own for work that shouldn't touch your machines.

Moments you'll want to show people

A few things Zinley does that most assistants simply can't:

  • A stranger emails your agent — it replies and briefs you. A job applicant writes in; Zinley answers them professionally within minutes and drops a one-line heads-up in your inbox so the decision lands with you. → When people email your agent
  • "On my MacBook, free up some disk space." Name a device and the work happens there — real files, real commands, on the machine you meant. → Across your devices
  • Reply to your morning brief, and it acts. The Daily Brief arrives by email; answering it like a person is a command. → Brief
  • Teach it a skill by recording your screen. Do the task once on video; Zinley writes the reusable skill from what it watched. → Skills
  • Steer it mid-task. Send a follow-up while it's still working — it folds your correction in without starting over. → Chat basics
  • It has its own computer. Ask for something heavy and it runs on Zinley's always-on cloud machine — no laptop required, files persist between sessions. → Zinley's computer
  • A public card people can call. Share zinley.com/card/you — visitors can ring or email your agent straight from the page. → Agent Card

Where you'll talk to it

It's the same agent with the same memory everywhere:

Channel What it's for
Chat Ask, plan, delegate — the main way you work with Zinley
Voice Talk to it live, in the app or over the phone
Email Its own inbox, and any thread you CC it on
Phone Its own number, inbound and outbound
Telegram / Discord Message your agent from where you already chat

You stay in control

By default, Zinley is set to Show me first: anything pointed at the outside world — sending an email, agreeing to something on a call — comes back to you as a proposal before it goes out. You approve, it ships. Switch to Just do it when you'd rather it handle things on its own.
