Your personal representative
Zinley represents you — on your behalf, or by your side. It has a disclosed identity of its own, can be reached through its own inbox and phone number, and works within the authority you give it.
Reachable through its own phone and email. Present when Alex wants support in the room. Every job returns with a result or receipt.
Two ways to work together
Zinley handles an agreed task for you — a call, an email, follow-up, research, or repeatable work — and reports back.
02 By your sideYou attend, and Zinley joins the same meeting or interview as a disclosed co-participant — to translate, add approved context, ask assigned questions, and track what matters.
What makes it representative
A stable, disclosed identity. Zinley can have its own email address, phone number, and contact card. People know they are speaking with AI and who authorized it.
Your context, not generic context. Zinley connects the people, topics, preferences, and prior work that matter to you. Review that context in Memory & receipts.
Every language, auto-detected. Zinley follows the language it hears or reads, learns each person's preference, and uses your correction next time. Conversation language, phone opening defaults, and the website interface are separate controls. See languages and automatic learning.
Bounded authority. Start with Ask me first when you want to approve an external action. Use Go ahead only for work you are ready to delegate. Set authority and approvals.
A result you can inspect. Work ends with an answer, proposal, completed action, or receipt — including what happened and what still needs you.
Find the right guide
You do not need to read these docs front to back. Start with the outcome you want:
Get to a real outcome
Choose how Zinley introduces itself and how people can reach it.
Add only the channels, services, or devices needed for the job.
Say the outcome, the boundary, and when Zinley should come back to you.
Try: “Call the clinic, ask whether my prescription is ready, and do not reschedule anything.” Or send a meeting link and say: “Join me here for this interview. Wait unless invited, ask the approved follow-ups, and track evidence against the rubric.”
