What is Zinley?

Zinley is the second you. It takes your calls and email, and can answer, send, and follow up for you — then loops you in whenever something needs your attention.

Instead of another chat window you have to babysit, Zinley acts on your behalf: it has its own phone number and email address, handles the back-and-forth, learns the people you deal with, and keeps you in the loop only when your decision matters.

How Zinley works for you

Zinley works through three simple ideas:

  • It has its own phone number. Give people your Zinley number instead of your personal one. Zinley answers, screens, summarizes, and can place calls for you — while your real number stays private.
  • It has its own email address. People can email Zinley directly, or you can CC it on a thread. It replies when it can, and loops you in when your decision matters.
  • It learns the relationship behind each person. With every call and email, Zinley learns more about who someone is and your history with them, so the next interaction is handled with the right background.
