Calendar, meetings, and scheduled work

Calendar brings upcoming events and your agent's scheduled tasks together. Open an item to see its source, timing, preparation, and what the agent actually did.

Open it

On desktop or mobile, open Home → Calendar. Switch between the available day and month views, select a date, and use filters to distinguish your events from the agent's tasks.

Connect the right calendar

For a cloud calendar, use Settings → Apps & accounts and connect the correct account. Calendar may offer Connect on web to start that flow. Return and refresh after it completes.

On mobile, device-calendar permission and sharing selected calendars with the agent are separate choices. Permission lets the app display available device events. Follow Plan around these calendars or the sharing control if you want selected titles, times, and places shared with the agent; that flow does not share event notes or guests. Review the selected calendars and use the turn-off control when no longer wanted.

Read an event

  1. Select the event and confirm its date, timezone, people, and place.
  2. In Prep, read your saved points, the agent’s preparation, and its timestamp and sources.
  3. Open People or Context when available. Empty tabs are hidden; an event with only preparation may have no tab bar.
  4. Inspect What I did and open the linked Chat for the original instruction when needed.
  5. Choose Join or Ask for your next step. Open in Calendar can appear on a Home meeting sheet; Calendar’s own event sheet does not repeat that control.

A partial or unavailable preparation is not a complete briefing. Join opens the meeting link; it does not prove an AI participant joined. See Meetings and interviews.

Add an event or a task

Use the add control and select the appropriate option. An event asks for time on a calendar and may involve invitations. A task schedules work for your agent. Read the prepared request, audience, timezone, and permission before saving or sending.

Use All tasks to manage scheduled work. Open a task to inspect its prompt, repeat rule, next run, and execution device. See Scheduled tasks for editing and pausing.

Fix missing or wrong events

Check the selected date and filter, connected account, local calendar permission, selected sharing scope, and source-load messages. Refresh once the connection is ready. An empty screen after a source error does not prove you have no appointments.

If an event was created or changed, inspect it in the original calendar before repeating the action. Report a mismatch with the title, expected time and timezone, connected account, and visible error to support.
