Keep one matter together

A matter brings together a request, the people involved, the evidence, decisions, and the next step. Zinley may refer to this saved context as a topic. In the current apps, start with its Action Center card, related Chat, person, or History record.

Open it

On desktop and mobile, open the relevant item in Home → Action Center → For you, then its detail or What happened. Use the related Chat or History link to continue or verify it.

Open the context behind a card

1. Open Action Center → For you and select the relevant item.
2. Read its current state: waiting for your answer, being handled, waiting on someone else, or finished.
3. Open What happened when available to inspect the progression from discovery through proposal, your decision, action, and result.
4. Open the underlying email, call, file, or source link for exact wording.

Some records expose only part of that history. An unavailable source or partial-load message is a limit on what you can verify, not evidence that the missing step succeeded.

Continue without starting over

Use Ask me about this on the item or continue in its existing conversation. Name the new outcome and boundary:

“Continue the supplier delay matter. Check the latest reply and draft a follow-up. Do not change the delivery address or accept extra charges.”

Attach additional documents and say which source replaces an older one. Keep corrections specific: a new delivery date, changed recipient, revised budget, or completed task.

Resolve the right thing

Answer the current question, approve the specific action, change the plan, or dismiss the item using the controls offered. A resolved reminder does not cancel a real-world commitment. If you need to reverse an action already taken, request the corrective action explicitly and inspect the new receipt.
