Plan Limits
Everything each plan unlocks, in one place. Zinley has four plans — Free, Plus ($20/mo), Pro ($100/mo), and Max ($200/mo) — and most limits across the product key off which one you're on.

A few limits are the same on every plan: 25 trusted email addresses, 50 blocked email addresses, 10 trusted callers, and recurring scheduled tasks are available to everyone.
What "history visibility" means
Your plan sets how far back you can see — it does not delete anything. The same window applies across four surfaces at once:
- Conversations — your chat history.
- Email Tracker — threads your agent took part in.
- Calls & Reviews — call transcripts and caller context.
- Activity — the cross-channel feed.
Upgrade and the longer window applies immediately — older items come back into view.
Hitting a cap
When you run into a limit, Zinley tells you which one and what to do:
- Out of credits — wait for the daily/monthly reset, buy wallet credits, or enable Extra Usage if available on your plan.
- Too many active phone numbers — pause another line or upgrade (Your Lines).
- Too many active scheduled tasks — cancel one or upgrade (Scheduled Tasks).
