Interface Tour

A map of the Zinley app so you always know where things live. Everything hangs off the left sidebar, arranged from what you use daily at the top down to account settings at the bottom.

The Zinley dashboard with the left sidebar groups: Home, Brief, Chat, Work, Configure, and Account.
The sidebar is your map — top to bottom, from daily use to account settings.

The top three

  • Home — your landing screen (covered in detail below).
  • Brief — your morning read: what needs deciding, what Zinley handled, what's on your plate, and what's coming.
  • Chat — where you actually talk to Zinley. Ask, plan, delegate.

Work — what Zinley builds as it goes

  • People — one profile per person, built from every channel.
  • Topics — one file per matter, holding the threads and timeline together.
  • History — the full record of calls and email threads. See Activity and Email threads.
  • Tasks — work you've delegated, plus your scheduled tasks.

Configure — make Zinley yours

  • Your Zinley — the agent hub, with tabs for Profile, Personality & voice, Rules, Workflows, and Apps. This is where its name and voice, its email address, its phone lines, workflows, and connected services live.
  • Performance — the speed-and-intelligence tier, and the boss-model picker on paid plans. See Modes & models.
  • Image & video — which models power image and video generation. See Creative tools.
  • Skills — the library of what your agent knows, plus the guardrails it must follow.
  • Devices — the computers Zinley can work on.

Account

Elsewhere on screen

  • Top bar — search across people, topics, and calls, plus quick actions and your profile menu.
  • Bottom of the sidebar — your account and current plan, a light/dark theme toggle, a bug report button (Report a Bug), and Sign Out.
  • Community links — X, Reddit, and Discord.

Home

Home is what you land on: what needs you, what Zinley has been up to, and how people reach it. There's more below the fold, so scroll.

The Zinley Home screen with Decisions and follow-ups, Recent activity, and the front door section.
Home — what needs you, what Zinley handled, and every way to reach it.

Setup checklist (new accounts)

Until your agent is set up, the top of Home shows "Get Zinley ready to represent you" with a progress bar. Every step is walked through in Quick Start. Once you're done, the checklist tucks itself away and the sections below take over.

Needs you — decisions and follow-ups

Front and centre: the things waiting on you. Because Zinley's decision autonomy defaults to Confirm, anything outward-facing — an email it wants to send, a call it wants to place, a calendar change — lands here as a proposal first.

  • Open an item to see the context and decide.
  • See all opens the full queue — the same one you'll find in Inbox.
  • Nothing pending? You'll see All caught up.

Recent activity

A running log of what Zinley's been doing — calls answered, emails sent, tasks handled. Two views via the toggle:

  • At a glance — a rolled-up summary.
  • Last 24 hours — just today, newest first.

For the full record, open Activity. Note that how far back you can see depends on your plan — see Plans & Limits.

Your front door — how people reach your Zinley

Your agent's public face, and every way to hand it out.

The contact card with QR code and copy actions, next to the number, inbox, and computer options.
Your front door — a shareable card, plus the number, inbox, and computer.

Your contact card

A shareable card with your agent's name, tagline, photo, phone number, email, and a QR code. From here you can:

  • Add photo — give your agent a face.
  • Scan (QR code) — anyone can point a phone camera at it to open the card.
  • Copy link — grab the public URL (zinley.com/card/yourname) for a bio, signature, or text message.
  • Edit card — change photo, name, tagline, and theme, and choose what the card shows.
  • Copy embed — an HTML snippet you can paste into your own website.
  • Open page — preview it exactly as visitors see it.
