Wallet and purchase approvals

Wallet stores payment cards for supported purchases your agent asks to make. It is separate from the credit balance used to pay for Zinley itself.

Open it

On desktop or mobile, open Settings → Wallet. Card availability depends on secure storage on that device. A card stored on another computer or phone may appear as a record without being usable on the current device.

Add and limit a card

  1. Choose Add a card in Wallet, or open the in-app request to add one.
  2. Enter the card in the dedicated card form, not Chat.
  3. Review Let the assistant ask to use this card.
  4. Set the available per-purchase and monthly limits, currency, and allowed-site restrictions.
  5. Save and complete the official verification flow if the change needs it.

The app keeps raw card details in supported local secure storage. The agent uses an approved filling flow instead of reading the card number. Do not assume that saving a card on your phone makes it available in the desktop vault or cloud browser.

Approve a specific purchase

Open Waiting for your OK and inspect the merchant or site, amount, currency, and purpose. Choose Approve only for that purchase; choose Deny if it is wrong. Use any requested code only in the official approval flow.

Approval is time-limited and applies to the approved scope. It does not prove the merchant completed the order. Inspect the merchant confirmation and the resulting History → Receipts record before assuming you bought or booked something.

Pause or remove access

Pause all assistant spending stops purchase requests and cancels ones waiting for your approval. It does not refund a completed purchase. Disable an individual card's permission or remove it when no longer needed, then confirm the saved state.

Raising a limit or enabling access can require verification. Lowering limits is a separate, more restrictive change. If the code expires, restart the change rather than sending the code to support.

If checkout is uncertain

Check the existing receipt and merchant first. Do not approve a duplicate merely because a progress message stalled. A cloud browser cannot use a card stored only in a local device's vault; follow the supported handoff or complete payment yourself.

Use Billing and usage for Zinley credit purchases and subscription charges. Contact support with a receipt reference for an unexplained payment, never the full card details.
