Email threads & receipts
Email conversations Zinley handled appear in Calls & Emails. Open that dashboard section and choose the Emails filter to find an exchange.
Find a thread
The history is ordered by time and grouped by day. Each email row gives you enough context to identify the exchange, including the contact, time, and a concise summary.
Open the row for the available thread detail. Use the underlying messages when exact wording, sender, recipient, or a commitment matters; a generated summary is only a navigation aid.
What the receipt is for
The thread lets you verify what came in and what Zinley sent. This is especially important when Zinley handled the exchange under Go ahead and you were not copied on every message.
For a new or sensitive exchange, use Ask me first so the external reply returns as a proposal. See Email behavior and Authority & approvals.
How far back you can see
Email receipts use the same plan-based window as Calls & Emails. Check the one canonical table in Plan limits. That window does not describe chat retention or every connected messaging channel.
Continue the work
Calls & Emails is for inspection. To move the matter forward:
- ask Zinley in Chat to follow up or prepare a reply;
- open the related Topic to preserve its context and pending work;
- reply from your own mail client when you want to speak directly;
- check Home or the Brief for a proposal that needs you.
