Account & privacy
Open Account → Settings for your account identity, sign-in security, privacy and sharing, and account lifecycle. Representative identity and behavior live separately under Configure → Your Zinley.
Profile and sign-in
Use Settings to review your name, sign-in email, and available security options. If a requested change needs re-authentication or email verification, complete the prompts shown before closing the flow.
Never share a verification code or password with someone contacting Zinley by phone or email.
Connected devices
Use the Connected devices row in Settings to open Configure → Devices. There you can review the computers and mobile devices associated with your account, remove a device you no longer control, or disable cross-device access.
See Cloud + devices for the difference between a signed-in device and a device available for remote work.
Privacy and sharing
Use Trusted & blocked to control owner-like access and denied contacts. Use Shared links to review or revoke public conversation links. Settings also links to the current privacy policy, terms, and security information.
To inspect what Zinley knows, use People and Topics, then Calls & Emails for source interaction receipts.
Delete the account
Account deletion is destructive. The current flow schedules deletion with a 3-day grace period. During those three days you can still sign in and choose Cancel account deletion. Review active phone lines, your paid plan, connected services, and any data you need to retain before the deadline.
For a privacy or access request you cannot complete in the product, contact support.
