Settings

Settings is where you manage your account details and privacy & sharing — all in one place. Open Account → Settings. Rows with a › open their own screen; the rest are edited inline or are read-only.

Account settings

The top card holds your account identity and sign-in details.

What should we call you?

The name your representatives will use when speaking with you. Type a name in the field and click Save. It's the name your agent uses for you out loud and in messages — distinct from your agent's own name, which you set on Your Zinley.

Profile Settings (›)

Update your name and personal information. Opens the Profile settings dialog:

Profile settings — your sign-in details and editable name.
  • Sign in method — how you log in (e.g. google.com). Read-only.
  • Member since — the date you joined (e.g. January 31st, 2026). Read-only.
  • Email — your account email; the ··· button opens actions for it.
  • Full name — your display name; edit it here (e.g. HOANG MINH).
  • Update Profile — save your changes (or Cancel to discard).

This is your profile — separate from your agent's public contact card.

Change Email (›)

Update the email address on your account:

  • Enter the new email address.
  • Confirm the change — Zinley sends a verification to the new address to prove it's yours.
  • Once verified, the new address becomes your sign-in email.

Change Password (›)

Update your login password:

  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter the new password, then confirm it.
  • Save — for security you may be signed out of other sessions and need to sign in again.

Draft — verify against the live UI. The Change Email and Change Password flows above are described from standard account flows and haven't been confirmed against screenshots yet. Check them on your build and tell me what differs so I can correct them.

Connected devices (›)

See your devices and choose which ones Zinley can reach. This opens the same control documented in full on the Devices page — each device, its status, and a toggle for whether Zinley may use it.

Privacy & sharing

Everything about who can reach your agent and what you've shared now lives inside Settings — it's no longer a separate sidebar section.

Trusted & blocked (›)

Control who Zinley recognizes and who cannot reach it. Manage your trusted contacts and your block list — full walkthrough on Trusted & Blocked.

Shared links (›)

Review and revoke public conversation links. See every active share link, its countdown, and its copy / open / revoke controls — full details on Shared Links.

Data protection

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. This row is informational — a statement of how your data is protected, with no screen to open.

Opens the privacy policy — how Zinley handles your data.

Opens the terms of service — the terms that govern your account.
