Billing & Usage

Zinley runs on credits — every call, email, and task draws from your credit pools. Open Account → Billing & usage. The page has two tabs at the top: Usage (what you have and where it goes) and Billing (your subscription and payment).

Usage

Credits are what Zinley's work costs — calls, email, and tasks draw from your daily and monthly pools, plus any you've bought. The refresh (⟳) icon at the top-right re-pulls the latest numbers.

The Usage tab: a Your plan card, a Total available figure, Daily/Monthly/Wallet pool cards, an invite-a-friend banner, and a Recent activity ledger.
Usage — your plan, your three credit pools, and a live activity ledger.

Your plan

The Your plan card shows the plan you're on (e.g. Max). On the highest tier it reads "You're on the top plan"; on lower tiers this is where you Upgrade / change plan. Four tiles summarize the plan's limits:

Tile What it means Example (Max)
Model Which models run your work Smartest model + full team
Scheduled tasks How many tasks you can schedule Up to 50
Calls Concurrent calls and their length 20 at once · No limit
History How long your history is kept 3 months

Total available

Total available is the single headline number of everything you can spend right now — the combined balance of the three pools below (e.g. 39,339 credits).

The three credit pools

Each pool is its own card with a badge (how it refills), a balance against its cap, and a progress bar:

  • Dailybadge: resets daily. A small allowance that refills every day. Shows a live countdown to the next reset (e.g. resets in 16h 28m) and your balance against the cap (e.g. 0 of 200).
  • Monthlybadge: tops up monthly. Your main allowance, refilled on a fixed date shown on the card (e.g. resets Aug 20, 00:00 UTC), with balance against the cap (e.g. 39,339 of 40,000).
  • Walletbadge: purchased. Credits you bought ahead of time. Labelled pre-purchased · never expires — they have no reset, sit on top of your daily and monthly allowances, and never run out on a clock.

Free credits (invite a friend)

The green banner below the pools: Free credits, foreverinvite a friend, they get 50% off their first month, you get 5,000 credits that never expire. Click Invite a friend → to open the Refer a Friend page and share your link.

Recent activity

A live ledger of every credit charge, newest first and grouped by day (Today, then earlier dates). See more (top-right of the section) loads older entries. Each row has three parts:

  • Time — when the charge happened (e.g. 11:08 AM).
  • What was charged — the kind of work: Memory service, or an AI task. AI-task rows carry a model tag naming the model and its unit count (e.g. GPT-5.6 Luna · 16.9, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite · 0.02).
  • Amount — the credits deducted, shown as a negative number (e.g. −0.10, −0.16, −20.0).

An AI task row can be expanded with its chevron to reveal the individual model calls behind it — each nested line (marked ) shows its own model tag and cost, so a task's total is the sum of its steps.

Billing

Manage your subscription. The Billing tab is where money and phone lines are handled.

Plan & usage this cycle

The top card shows your plan name and status (e.g. Free plan · Inactive), the label Current billing cycle, and an Upgrade button. USAGE THIS CYCLE reports the tokens used so far in the cycle (e.g. 12.0M tokens).

Credits

  • Credits — your total available balance (e.g. Total: 39,339 credits available).
  • + Buy credits — opens the Buy credits dialog (below).
  • Auto top-up wallet — a toggle to automatically buy credits when your wallet runs low. Flip it, then click Save rule to apply.

Buy credits

Clicking + Buy credits opens a one-time purchase dialog. Credits go into your wallet and never expire. Pick a pack, then pay:

Pack Price
1,500 credits $10
3,750 credits $25
7,500 credits $50
15,000 credits $100

The button reflects your choice (e.g. Pay $10 →). Secure one-time payment via Stripe — credits are added instantly and never expire.

Phone numbers

Each line is billed separately from your main plan — the header shows the combined cost (e.g. $1.73/mo total). Manage numbers and routing from the Identity tab. Each line lists:

  • The number (e.g. +1 229 629 7268) and its renewal / release date (e.g. Releases Jul 22, 2026).
  • Its monthly price (e.g. $1.73/mo).
  • An action to cancel the line — or Undo cancel if a release is already scheduled.

Your first number is free to claim; claim one via Get a number on Your Zinley (US & Canada).

Payment method & invoices

Open Payment method & invoices () to update your card, download receipts, and view invoice history.

Phone calls

Phone calls are pay per minute — each minute is charged from your credits, and calling also requires a phone number (first one free, then billed per line).
