Billing & Credits
Zinley runs on credits — every call, email, message, and task draws from your credit pools, whatever channel it comes in on. Open Account → Billing & usage. The page has two tabs: Usage (what you have and where it goes) and Billing (your subscription and payment).
Plans
Four plans: Free, Plus ($20/mo), Pro ($100/mo), and Max ($200/mo). Each paid plan comes in credit variants — a dropdown of how many monthly credits you want, each with its own monthly and annual price. Higher plans also unlock more capable models, longer history, and higher caps — the full comparison lives on Plan Limits.
From the plan card you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel (and resume a pending cancellation). Promo codes are applied at checkout. Payment, invoices, and billing address are managed from Payment method & invoices, and the self-serve billing portal lets you do all of it in one place.
Usage
Credits are what Zinley's work costs. The refresh (⟳) icon at the top-right re-pulls the latest numbers.
Your plan
The Your plan card shows the plan you're on. On the highest tier it reads "You're on the top plan"; on lower tiers this is where you Upgrade. Four tiles summarize the plan's limits:
| Tile | What it means | Example (Max) |
|---|---|---|
| Model | Which models run your work | Smartest model + full team |
| Scheduled tasks | How many tasks you can schedule | Up to 50 |
| Calls | Concurrent calls and their length | 20 at once · No limit |
| History | How long your history stays visible | 3 months |
Total available
Total available is the single headline number of everything you can spend right now — the combined balance of the three pools below.
The three credit pools
Credits are spent in order: daily first, then monthly, then wallet. Each pool is its own card with a badge (how it refills), a balance against its cap, and a progress bar:
- Daily — resets daily. A small allowance that refills every day and doesn't carry over (Free 10 · Plus 20 · Pro 100 · Max 200). Shows a live countdown to the next reset.
- Monthly — tops up monthly. Your main allowance — the amount depends on the credit variant you chose when subscribing — refilled on the date shown on the card.
- Wallet — purchased. Credits you bought ahead of time: pre-purchased · never expires. They sit on top of your daily and monthly allowances and never run out on a clock.
What spends credits
Every request on every channel: chat on desktop and web, Telegram and Discord messages, phone calls, and scheduled tasks. Heavier models cost proportionally more — each model carries a credit weight (see Modes & Models).
Recent activity
A live ledger of every credit charge, newest first and grouped by day. See more loads older entries. Each row shows the time, what was charged (AI-task rows carry a model tag and unit count), and the amount deducted. An AI task row expands with its › chevron to reveal the individual model calls behind it — a task's total is the sum of its steps.
Billing
Manage your subscription. The Billing tab is where money and phone lines are handled.
Buy credits
+ Buy credits opens a one-time purchase dialog. Credits go into your wallet and never expire. Pick a pack, then pay — secure one-time payment via Stripe; credits are added instantly.
Pack sizes are priced at your plan's rate — higher plans buy credits cheaper per dollar — so the exact numbers you see depend on your plan. Example packs on Max:
| Pack | Price |
|---|---|
| 1,500 credits | $10 |
| 3,750 credits | $25 |
| 7,500 credits | $50 |
| 15,000 credits | $100 |
Extra Usage (pay-as-you-go)
If you'd rather never stop mid-task, Extra Usage lets work continue after your credits hit zero — the overage is charged to your card as a running tab, within caps you control:
- Turn it on or off anytime; set your own daily and monthly caps (defaults $10/day, $25/month; the maximum caps grow as your account builds trust).
- The status view shows pending charges and what you've spent today / this month.
- If a charge fails or a cap is hit, Extra Usage freezes — settle the balance or retry the charge, then unfreeze yourself.
Extra Usage availability depends on your plan.
Phone numbers
Each line is billed separately from your main plan — the header shows the combined cost. Each line lists the number, its renewal / release date, its monthly price, and an action to cancel the line (or Undo cancel if a release is already scheduled). Claim numbers on Get a Number — your first number's first month is free. Calls themselves are not billed separately: they draw on your credits, with per-plan duration caps (Plan Limits).
Payment method & invoices
Open Payment method & invoices (›) to update your card, download receipts, and view invoice history.
