Action Center: decisions, progress, and results
Open Home → Action Center to see what needs you and what your agent is handling. For you, News, and Health have separate tabs. Start with For you for your own jobs and decisions.
Open it
On desktop and mobile, open Home → Action Center → For you. Use the News and Health tabs for those separate experiences.
Read For you from top to bottom
The feed adapts to the work available, so an empty section may be absent. Common sections include Needs you, When you have a moment, Coming up, and This week. You may also see a morning note, weather, running work, and completed items.
| Item | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| A question or proposed action | Your answer is needed. | Open it and inspect the scope before answering. |
| Work in progress | Zinley has started or is waiting on something. | Read the current step and what it is waiting for. |
| A follow-up or to-do | There is a next move or due date. | Use the offered completion or reminder action. |
| A finished item | A result or outcome is available. | Open the result or evidence; check for partial completion. |
| A connection warning | A source could not be read. | Reconnect or retry before treating the feed as complete. |
Answer a card
- Open the card and read the request, relevant source, and any explanation of what your answer permits.
- Inspect recipients, dates, amounts, and attachments for outward actions.
- Choose its primary answer, type a reply if offered, or open More options for other actions.
- Wait for the saved or working state. If it says the answer did not go through, use Try again rather than creating the same job in a new chat.
- Follow the updated card until the requested result is clear.
Button wording depends on the actual proposal. Only the actions shown for that item are available. An expired or changed card cannot be approved as if it were the older version; review the refreshed proposal.
Change the plan before it runs
When Change… is available, describe what must be different, such as the time, audience, budget, or allowed source. Choose Update the plan, then read the new proposal. A request to change a plan is not approval of the resulting plan.
Use Ask me about this when you need an explanation or want to continue with the matter's context. Give a direct instruction such as “Explain the alternatives; do not send anything yet.”
Follow one matter across steps
A matter can include a discovery, proposal, your decision, a tool action, and a result. Open What happened or the card's detail to inspect that chain. Open links, original messages, documents, and receipts when exact wording matters. Missing details or a partial-load message mean the available record is incomplete.
In progress contains ongoing work. Done this week separates ended work, but read each row: Done, Didn’t finish, You said no, expired, withdrawn, and uncertain outcomes are different. See all opens more ended items when offered. Use Ask again only after checking what already happened. Stopping or dismissing work does not erase a message or action already delivered elsewhere.
Check-ins and notification controls
Open the Action Center's options menu for its check-in status, or use Settings → Check-ins. Review the last and next check, turn it on if available, or pause it. Pausing check-ins stops future automatic checks; it does not cancel every existing conversation, scheduled task, or external action.
Use Settings → Notifications for where your agent reaches you. The check-in status sheet displays the quiet-hours window that can affect delivery. Check-ins can consume credits. A status saying a source is unavailable, checks are paused, or your plan has a limit is different from “nothing needs you.”
When something looks wrong
Reopen Action Center to refresh, check the account and network, then inspect any warning. Avoid answering the same proposal on two devices simultaneously. If another device already changed it, review the current card before acting again.
For an unresolved item, send support the headline, time and timezone, visible status, and expected result. Use the support playbook; keep private sources out of public screenshots.
