Linked accounts and saved website logins

Linked accounts hold structured account details for websites your agent may need. They are separate from provider connections under Apps & accounts and from payment cards in Wallet.

Open it

On desktop or mobile, open Settings → Linked accounts. Review the accounts already saved, or use the add control offered by your version.

Add the minimum useful information

Enter a recognizable account name, website or login address, username, and the required details in the dedicated fields. Mark sensitive custom values as Secret when that option is offered. Use notes to explain the sign-in method without copying passwords into ordinary instructions.

Review Sites it may be used on carefully. These permitted sites define where a supported browser flow may type the credentials. Use the actual provider domain rather than a lookalike or a broad unrelated site.

Allow sign-in deliberately

Let your agent sign in for me is separate from merely saving a record and is off by default. Enable it only when you want the supported browser to use the credentials on the allowed sites. The agent can use the secure filling flow without needing the raw password in Chat.

A saved login does not guarantee every site can be automated. Captchas, additional verification, passkeys, provider policy, or changed pages may need your participation. Follow the browser handoff instead of asking the agent to bypass a security challenge.

Inspect, update, or delete

Open an account to update its non-secret details. Revealing saved secrets can require re-authentication. Do it only on a device you control. Show history can help you understand who changed or used the record.

Use Save and check for errors. To remove an account and its saved secrets, read the delete confirmation. Removing this record does not delete your account at the outside provider; revoke sessions or change credentials there if needed.

Bank connections are a different feature

Where offered, desktop uses Settings → Apps & accounts → Bank accounts; mobile can show Bank accounts in the Settings Connections group. This connects through Plaid for read-only financial information. It cannot move money.

Review the selected accounts, last sync, and What your agent sees. Use Reconnect for a login problem and Unlink to stop the connection. The bank check-ins switch controls available background use. A hidden, unavailable, or Coming soon state means bank linking is not ready for that account or deployment; an old mobile build may need updating.

For normal provider authorization, use Apps & accounts. For payment cards, use Wallet. Never paste passwords or banking verification codes into a support message.
