Subscription Tiers

Zinley offers several subscription plans to fit different needs and usage levels:

Free Plan

  • Trial: Includes a 14-day trial with Pro-level features
  • Usage Limits:
    • 50 Instant Requests per month
    • Unlimited Slow Requests
  • Features: Access to core FSD features, Pyramid Architecture, and basic deployment options.
  • Ideal for: Individual users exploring Zinley or working on small-scale projects.

Pro Plan

  • Usage Limits:
    • Unlimited Instant Requests for faster response times
  • Included Features:
    • All Free Plan features
    • Access to Snow Mode for enhanced parallel processing
    • Advanced deployment options with custom subdomain
  • Ideal for: Professional users needing robust tools, rapid processing, and priority support.

  • Additional Features:

Pro Trial

All new users start with a free trial period for Pro features:

  • Educational Accounts: 3-month Pro trial
  • Standard Accounts: 2-week Pro trial

The trial includes access to Pro-exclusive features like Snow Mode, unlimited instant requests, and priority support. After the trial, accounts revert to Free unless upgraded.

Fast and Slow Requests

Zinley offers two request types to ensure flexibility and manageability:

  • Instant Requests:

    • Processed immediately for prioritized response.
    • Unlimited for Pro and higher tiers, while Free users have 50 monthly.

  • Slow Requests:

    • Handled in a queued system for non-urgent tasks.
    • Available unlimitedly on all plans.

In peak periods, requests may experience slight delays. Pro users can maintain Instant Requests without waiting or queueing.

Checking Your Usage

You can easily monitor usage to manage your subscription effectively:

  1. Go to the Zinley Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Manage Subscription for Pro users, or Account > Usage for business accounts.

Zinley usage resets monthly based on your subscription start date.

Optional Usage-Based Pricing

For users needing more premium model requests than included in their plan, Zinley offers optional usage-based pricing.

Details:

  • Billing Cycle: Charged per calendar month (billed on the 2nd-3rd day).
  • Cancel Requests Without Charge: Requests canceled or errored won’t count against usage.
