One-Click Reset

If you're experiencing persistent issues, Zinley now provides a Reset Button feature, which automates the entire process of uninstalling, clearing configurations, and reinstalling the app. This is equivalent to manually uninstalling and reinstalling Zinley but requires only a single click.

How to Use One-Click Reset

  1. Open the Zinley application.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  3. Select the Reset Button to initiate the reset process. Reset

What Happens Next?

When you use the One-Click Reset, the following steps are executed:

  • Automatic Cleanup: Zinley automatically removes all components that may be causing issues.
  • Fresh Installation: The latest version of Zinley is downloaded and installed.
  • Optimization: All environments are optimized to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Safe Projects: Your projects remain safe and untouched during the reset process.

Why Use the Reset Button?

The Reset Button replicates all steps of manual troubleshooting, including uninstalling the app, clearing directories, and reinstalling. With just one click, you can reset Zinley to its optimal state without hassle.

Projects Remain Intact

Your projects are not affected by the reset process. They will remain completely intact and available for you to continue working on once the reset is complete.

After the reset:

  • Simply log back into your account, and Zinley will be ready to use with a clean slate.
