Welcome to the Zinley FAQ! Here you'll find answers to common questions about Zinley's features, capabilities, and usage.

General Questions

What is Zinley?

Zinley is an AI-powered platform designed to assist anyone in streamlining their workflow. From generating images and code to integrating external web content, Zinley brings a multi-agent approach to enhance productivity and creativity.

Who can use Zinley?

Zinley is designed for anyone from developers to designers, and anyone interested in automating or enhancing their development processes. Both Free and Pro plans are available to meet different needs, with advanced features reserved for Pro users.

How does the free trial work?

Our free trial provides full access to Zinley without requiring any billing information. You can explore all features with no commitment. When the trial period ends, you'll be moved to the free tier, where you can decide if you'd like to continue with a paid plan.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy reimburses you for the unused portion of your subscription. For instance, if you've used 10 days of a plan, you'll receive a refund for the remaining days not used.

Features and Capabilities

What is Zinley's Pyramid Architecture?

The Pyramid Architecture is a reasoning-driven system that allows Zinley to break down complex tasks into manageable layers, enhancing reliability and creativity in solution generation. This approach prevents repetitive loops and wasted time, ensuring efficient task completion.

What is Snow Mode?

Snow Mode is a Pro feature that enables parallel task execution, allowing multiple AI agents to work simultaneously on your project. It speeds up complex development tasks without compromising accuracy. Note that Snow Mode operates independently of the Pyramid Architecture.

What is Deployment?

Deployment in Zinley means that we handle the hosting of your website. Once your project is built, Zinley takes care of putting it online, eliminating the need for external hosting services.

What is a Subdomain and Domain for Zinley Deployment?

When deploying with Zinley, your site will default to the Zinley domain (e.g., zinley.site). You can choose a custom subdomain, such as https://luxury.zinley.site/, giving your site a unique and professional appearance.

How does the Visual Model work?

The Visual Model enables Zinley to analyze and interact with images. Users can upload images or share URLs for Zinley to interpret, allowing for tasks like web design inspired by visual content.

What file types does the Visual Model support?

The Visual Model supports a variety of image formats, including JPEG, PNG, ICO, SVG, and WebP. This ensures compatibility with nearly any image type you need for your project.

What are "instant" requests and "slow" requests?

Instant and slow requests differ in processing speed and availability:

  • Instant Requests: Processed immediately, ideal for time-sensitive tasks. Limited to 50/month in the Hobby tier and unlimited in Pro.
  • Slow Requests: Processed with lower priority, taking longer to complete but unlimited across all tiers, including Hobby.

How many agents are there in the Zinley system?

Zinley employs over 20 AI agents, but not all tasks require all agents. Agents are dynamically assigned based on task needs, ensuring efficiency in problem-solving.

What are the available agents in Zinley?

In the Pro tier and above, you have access to specialized agents, such as:

  • Dependency Agent: Manages and optimizes project dependencies.
  • Build/Compile Agent: Assists with building and compiling your projects.
  • Image Agent: Handles image processing tasks.
  • Crawler Agent: Performs web crawling and data extraction.

These agents can be used independently for a more tailored development workflow.

Version Control

How does Zinley handle version control?

Zinley offers full Git integration, automatically committing significant changes (e.g., code updates, new file creation, bug fixes) with meaningful messages. It also tracks manual changes and merges them into the version history, allowing users to navigate and restore different project versions.

How do I navigate previous versions?

In the version control panel, you'll see a list of commits. Click any commit to view or switch to that specific point in your project's history. This lets you review, revert, or branch from previous versions as needed.

Pyramid Architecture and Models

Is the Pyramid Architecture dependent on any specific foundation models?

No, the Pyramid Architecture is model-independent, allowing flexibility in integrating various models across different systems and tasks.

Which services in Zinley use the Pyramid Architecture?

All services, including coding, dependency management, compile, build, run, self-healing, QA, and planning, are built with the Pyramid Architecture. This ensures collaborative effectiveness across tasks.

Does only the Pro version use the Pyramid Architecture?

No, both Free and Pro versions use the Pyramid Architecture. However, Pro users have priority queuing, advanced self-healing, and faster processing speeds for an enhanced experience.

Can the Pyramid Architecture scale for larger projects?

Absolutely. The Pyramid Architecture is scalable and efficiently manages large projects, coordinating multiple agents to maintain performance across various project sizes.

Is this o1-mini or o1-preview or Zinley's system?

This is Zinley's proprietary system, designed in-house. Each agent in Zinley uses distinct models, and we haven't implemented o1-mini or o1-preview.

What models is Zinley using?

Zinley employs various models, including LLMs (Large Language Models), SLMs (Specialized Language Models), and MLMs (Multi-Layer Models), depending on task type, latency, and cost requirements.

Privacy and Data

Do you store my code?

No, we do not store any part of your work in our database. Not even a single line. Your code is processed through models like OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, or Gemini to generate output.

How do you deploy projects while respecting privacy?

Our AI evaluates whether your project is deployable, zips it, and deploys it directly through our infrastructure. We do not read or store any of your code. Once the project expires, there is a waiting period in case you want to reactivate it. After that, it is completely removed from our deployment infrastructure.

What do you store?

We only store key performance metrics and error logs to improve our application. Aside from that, nothing is logged.
